5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via insured international courier. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Given the exclusive and luxury nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved returns must be shipped back in original, unopened condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
